You know when you have something important to take care of that could affect everything. BUT… your ADHD kicks in and you find yourself searching for new post-it notes because the ones you have just aren’t “enough”.
NO, I WILL get it done. OR, there is a new word game that looks good. I bet I could beat it super fast before I get started, right? Just a minute or two.
Changed clothes (twice), did laundry, made dinner, sent emails, texted with a friend, argued with teens, (beat that game – of course) and effectively procrastinated.
To whom it may concern:
2, 4, 6, 8, I do not procrastinate.
I think at times we all procrastinate. Don’t be so hard on yourself.
