A day spent cleaning
And organizing
Goodbye dust bunnies
Hello sunshine
Hello cool breeze
A walk in the park with my family
Crazy vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone
Warm sunshine on my face
Dogs of all sizes walking with their people
Birds chirping and flying
Kids laughing and running
So thankful it’s spring break

Yesterday was an absolutely gorgeous day in New York and I relate so much to your poem! I cleaned my house (though my windows still need some work), took my kids to the park and then took a second walk later with my air pods and a happy playlist. Something about the sunshine and thinning about Spring approaching can change your whole mood! Thanks for writing about this!
