(She fell today, landing on her knee. Couldn’t put weight on it. Since we were together for lunch, I was with her. Got her into the car, took a wrong turn which lead to the Med Center parking lot. She’s fine, iced and elevated. And she too, is thankful <3)
Much to be thankful for in your list, and you saved the best for last! Hope she finds rest and healing quickly.
You brought back a memory for me! I once had 2 heavy, handle bags in each hand and was walking from the grocery store to the parking lot. I slipped on black ice and went straight down on one knee cap! I saw stars! I was okay in the end. Your poor mama. I hope she is okay.
