Beautiful! I love your cat’s contemplation of what might be occurring in this bottle. Interestingly, it reminds me of the many days when I’d sit in the back seat as a little girl and tiny droplets outside my window pool in to large raindrops that seemed to race each other to the bottom.
The cat is fascinated! I can totally relate :o) Thank you for sharing.

As a cat person, I enjoy getting into their head, as your poem does.
A true small moment you two shared, captured in a charming way!

Look at the focus in those eyes! This slice is truly everything a slice can be–one tiny moment, captured and written.

I love this and I don’t even like cats! Also inspired to try a haiku now.

I love your haiku. Seltzer is the new Netflix for cats!

Love this! I am going to have to see if Talula wants to look at seltzer water bottles … One of her favorite things to do is get right in front of me and hunt the moving letters on the computer … so I think seltzer could be her next fav.
Love the picture and the poetry here!!!
